Quilting and finishing tips
- Layer and baste together the backing, batting and quilt top.
- Refer to the quilting placement diagram in the PDF. Quilt curved lines in the Nine-Patches and diagonal straight lines connecting the Nine-Patches as shown. Quilt diagonal bands of curliques through E patches as shown. Quilt straight lines in the Flying Geese large Trainges and curliques in the small triangles as shown. Quilt straight lines and swirls in the center block as shown. Qiilt woven straight lines in the borders as shown.
- Bind the quilt.
