Our machines are American Made with Ultra-light Weight Construction - APQS sewing heads are American-made and hand-crafted in our own factory in Iowa using the finest grade aircraft aluminum. The result is a light, responsive and easy to maneuver machine that is incredibly responsive to your touch. To achieve the quality and excellence we strive for in these machines, the machines are built individually by our extremely skilled and infinitely talented craftspeople in our own factory in Carroll, Iowa. Only the finest materials are used in our manufacturing process, as each and every detail is attended to in order to ensure that every longarm machine born at our facility will meet the highest quality standards without compromise.

Our Synchronous Cogged Belt Increase Precision and Reduces Vibration - APQS machines all feature a synchronous cogged belt drive system. This positive engagement drive works by mating the belt teeth with matching grooves in the pulleys. Exact shaft synchronization at very high speeds is critically important for maintaining your sewing timing and stitching precision in ALL directions. APQS's heavy-duty synchronous drive system will provide you with years of maintenance-free quilting pleasure. This drive system comes with a lifetime warranty. Note: The timing belt in an automobile engine is a synchronous belt drive system.

SmartBobbin™ Equals Better Stitch Quality - The SmartBobbin™ is extremely important to a high-speed industrial longarm quilting machine. It provides ample thread for noticeably better stitch quality.

Our Exclusive Horizontal Wheel Glide - Exclusive to APQS machines are the horizontal wheels that they glide on. The wheels "cling" to the edges of the table and carriage and are fully adjustable for a customized glide.

Multi-Position Ergonomic Handles - The multi-position ergonomic handles on the front of the machine allow for ease of operation and reduce fatigue in the wrists, arms, shoulders, etc. Visibility of the quilting surface is extraordinary! Function buttons are all on these handles for fingertip control.

Adjustable Height Quilting Tables - Tables are manually height adjustable for operator comfort, and a hydraulic lift is available for purchase for pushbutton lifting of the table. Front rollers on the table are set up above tabletop level for ease of loading the quilt and so the operator may sit on a stool at the front side of the table when doing intricate detail work on a quilt.

In-home Set-up Service - APQS offers a complete in-home setup service so our customers can relax and rest assured that their new machine will be set up properly and they'll be coached through some basic training by our factory technician.

Single Disc-Style Tensioner - For adjusting thread tension on the top, which allows you the freedom of using virtually any type of thread. The disc-style tensioner is the simplest design available and will provide for worry-free tension adjustments.
