I have been beyond busy!
It has been a life long dream of mine to open a shop on Main street in our little town. I want to offer long arm services sell quilts and other local
artisan's quality hand crafted items and hold classes.
Well, I am one step closer to this becoming a reality. A great shop on Main Street is now up for rent. It is huge with 12 foot walls and the orginal
tin stamped ceilings. Randy and I have looked at it twice. It's a perfect size for the long arm and to have classes and display items.
I've negotiated a month to month lease and a lower cost for the first year.
All that is left is to sign the dotted line. I'm excited and scared at the same time. A littled worried thats why the dotted line is still dry.
LOL
The land lord is giving me until Tuesday next week to think it over. I
will keep you posted.

Penny that is some exciting news and this space sounds awesome. Just make sure you can have space to actually work on the longarm without tons of
interuptions. I wish you the best of luck.

Go for it, Penny! I am very envious! Follow your dreams!

Penny, what an exciting (and scarey) opportunity!!! If you choose to do it, think of all the wonderful people you will meet and inspire with your
love for quilting. And I know you will have loads of "samples" to decorate your walls with.
Good luck with your decision....
